This year's energy-charged Madrigal Singers on Broadway took place on Tuesday evening in
Benford Hall and featured Stephen Sondhiem's wonderful music and lyrics from a number of his musicals, including the always and again popular
Sweeney Todd, the Demon Barber of Fleet Street. I am very happy that other responsibilities did not preclude my taking pictures and some video of this year's performance, for last year's date found me out of town.
At any rate, the performance matched the hard work that
Dr. Tom Ediger's group put in to prepare for this non-stop 70 minutes of music and color.
