Alpha Chi Regional Meeting at Evangel College in Springfield, MO

March 27-29, I traveled to Springfield, MO, a first for me. Evangel College hosted Alpha Chi's Region IV, of which Peru State College is a member, Conference, which takes place very two years.



The folks at Evangel College did an excellent job. The conference featured an elegant opening banquet on Thursday and student presentations half a day Friday and Saturday. You can see some pictures of the events.





In addition to serious academic presentations, the conference featured a free afternoon to investigate all that Springfield offers, from trips to nearby Branson, a major area attraction, to Fantastic Caverns, which in my estimation turned out to live up to its name.
