On Friday evening, October 14, I had the pleasure of attending this year's Hall of Fame Dinner.

There and at the football game, I took photographs to share with everyone, including those who enjoyed the special honor of becoming members of the Peru State College Athletic Hall of Fame.

At the dinner, four individuals and one team became the latest members of the PSC Hall of Fame: Fred Applegate (Football), Sid Brown (Football), Nate Bradley (Football), Brendan Raybourn (Baseball), and the 1962 PSC Basketball Team.

As the photographs from the dinner indicate, the celebration drew a substantial and happy crowd of around 175.

I also posted a couple HD videos on You Tube of the acceptance speeches. Video ONE, includes Fred Applegate, Nancy Brown (accepting for her late husband), and Larry Rathe.

On Video TWO, Nate Bradley and Brendan Raybourn accept the plaques in their honor that will hang in the Wheeler Center.

And on a stunning autumn afternoon, these newest members of the Peru State Hall of Fame and their representatives received special recognition during halftime of the football game.
